Nduta Angels Foundation was founded on Sept’ 2008. The name Nduta is a Kikuyu verb with 2 meanings namely “teach me” or “rescue me”/”get me out of here” . Nduta is named after the Founder’s late mother Mrs. Hannah Nduta Kimani-an iron lady whose legacy of absolute generosity and giving back to the community lives on (R.I.P 1950-2003).

Nduta Angels Foundation: is a performance-based and outcomes-driven not for profit organization that aims to empower the Youth towards outstanding academic excellence by transforming their attitudes & behavior to shift the trajectories of their lives. The Youth have for a long time put the responsibility of sorting their problems to other people but a time has come for the Youth to take full charge of their destiny. It is on this principle of personal responsibility for personal destiny that this Foundation was founded. We also link them to information, resources and access to meet their basic needs. Our services are primarily targeted to the very poor, deserving underprivileged populations in Kenya.

These basics include clothing, education, school supplies, toys, and much more. In other words, we provide all the physical goods that children need to be safe, protected from the elements- without which they will either be destructed from learning or will not be ready to learn. And by supplying them with high-quality used or new goods, we make children feel valued, loved and motivated them towards pursuing education to better their future.

We partner with Schools, Churches, Corporations , Government Education Department and other social-service organizations to connect communities that have surplus resources—new or used items in good condition—with communities that desperately need access to those resources. When you donate to Nduta Angels Foundation, you can be absolutely sure that your donation will go to a deserving Kenyan child, for whom the donation was specifically requested.

We make it simple for children, families, and corporations to participate: whether by organizing Books/Clothing Funds drive, hosting a fundraiser, or working in one of our warehouses. And the more people and institutions that volunteer their time, treasures, and talents, the more children in local communities we can help. We provide unique, hands-on opportunities for people to help their fellow less fortunate Kenyans. This is one of the most powerful aspects “Nduta Rise to the Top” experience. We strive to work efficiently with a goal towards self-sufficiency.

We also connect them to school Alumni educational mentors who can help them map out their career paths towards enhancing their future towards independence
